“Highly recommend, the products are of a high quality and beautifully packaged. Due to an error on my part I messed up the delivery address, the customer support team resolved this promptly and delivered on time.......and to the correct address!”

“I ordered this for my daughter's 26th birthday lead up. I was very imoressed with the ordering scheduling and the ease of ordering. A little dissapointed that I could not see the contents of the box. My daughter is enjoying the gifts (although she has commented that the Strawberry biscuits are very sweet) Overall I am happy with the order.”

“Honestly I’ve used TreatBox religiously as my go to hamper site. I am so disappointed this time round. My aunts birthday gift arrived today (her birthday was the 29th). I won’t be seeing her until the 13th now. It was awkward turning up to her party empty handed. Felt like customer service and communication was non existent. Very very disappointing and deterred to use the site again in future.”
