“Sending a gift without knowing the quality or getting to know the brand is always very tricky especially with all the online fraud going on. Being sent a video of when my granddaughter opened the treatbox and taking each item out, inspecting it, smelling the candle, was indeed very precious to me. I heard her say "the candle smells nice", and she loved the cookie and the socks. She did not really care about the cancer sign, but her mom said she will explain it to her at another time. Thank yuo for doing this for faraway family. It is really appreciated.”

“Not as good as previous experiences I have had unfortunately. Issue resolved for an order for bespoke gift boxes, however this is the second issue I have had for bespoke gift boxes so it doesnt fill me with confidence, which is a shame.”

“I ordered a treatbox for my daughters upcoming Hen Do. I was informed the day after that an item was out of stock, I agreed to wait for a similar item to come back in stock which I was told would be approx a week. Got an email the day after stating my order was with Royal Mail, I was confused so emailed TreatBox. Molly replied and said it wasn't with Royal Mail, I had recieved this notification as a lable had already been printed before they realised an item was out of stock. However, the next day the treatbox arrived but I didnt know if this out of stock item was in the box or not..so I opened the box to check. I was firstly disappointed that I had to open the box to check its contents as it distubed everything inside, by the size of the box, I expected bigger and that all the items were packed on top of each other...I expected them to be laid out so you could see them as the box was opened as shown in some images on you're site, also on the inside of the box I expected it to say 'A treat for you' or similar but it was the company logo asking you to uplaod the unboxing onto the site thus gaining publiicty. My daughter will still enjoy opening the box and the items inside but I am upset that I opened the box which I wouldnt have done as Molly told me it wasnt being sent yet. I took care choosing the right items for my daughter and was excited about the order but now feel disappointed and let down a little by the communication with the company .”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm so sorry to hear that your experience didn't live up to the excitement you had when ordering your daughter's Hen Do TreatBox. I completely understand why receiving a dispatch notification after we'd advised that your order was being held was confusing. In this case, the shipping label had already been generated before we discovered the stock issue, which automatically triggered the email from Royal Mail. We should have communicated this more clearly, and I'm sorry that this left you feeling uncertain about whether your order had been sent. I'm also sorry that this resulted in you having to open the box to check the contents, taking away from the experience of seeing your daughter open it herself. We appreciate how disappointing that must have been. Thank you as well for your comments about the presentation of the box. We know expectations are high when purchasing a gift, and your feedback regarding the layout of the items and the inside lid design has been noted and will be shared with our team as we are always looking at ways to improve the unboxing experience.

“Ordered for daughters birthday, although initially thought would be a great present for her birthday disappointed with contents and what it cost !☹️ items within treat box were mainly useless items and as mentioned not worth the money paid. I ordered a similar present from a different company last year and that included afternoon tea for 2 and cost the same as yours ! ☹️”

“I ordered 2 treat boxes one for my daughter( a week before box) and a men’s treat box .Both my daughter and son were made up with them the little gifts in the week before box were lovely, each one individually wrapped and number which was a lovely thought,They also both come with a little card inside an additional bonus! “Purchased this many times, always love the products received, such a wide choice. There was a shortage of one of the products once ordered but the team were so quick, apologetic and supportive in ensuring it was replaced with something similar. Highly recommend.”
