“Their customer service is bloody amazing. I mistakenly made an order and helped me cancel it and get a refund. They also helped when I ran into some complications at check out and were so wonderful! I really cannot recommend this company enough!”

“Beautiful treat box ordered for my daughter when doing her gcses it really made her smile and the personalised hand written card just topped it off would definitely recommend”

“I purchased a box for my daughter for the start of her GCSE's. She absolutely loved it and we personalised it for her for that extra special touch. It such a lovely idea and will definitely purchase more. I have been lucky to receive one from my friend for my birthday and just loved it.”

“Unfortunately, despite a great initial experience with Treatbox, my last order was very disappointing. Not only did I recieve a mug that is nothing like the images shown on the website, my subsequent interaction with customer services was poor. The agent was condescending and suggested I had viewed the image wrong, and there was no attempt to acknowledge that it was indeed their own false advertising. This was after having recieved an initial order that was delayed, and completely wrong, and then having to send it again, where it was still printed very unlike the online image. The products aren't cheap but the finish and service on this one certainly was with no offer of compensation or support to get it right. I don't take lightly that leaving a review like this can impact a small business, being a business owner myself, but have been left with no choice after the service.”

“Found the contents pretty average for the price paid and was disappointed the box it was posted in was the actual treat box. Giving a gift with a postal sticker on felt a bit naff. Wouldn’t order again.”

“The service was great. I bought the biscuit and heart for a friend for her birthday. I disnt open it when it arrives, I wish I did as when she opened it the biscuit was basically smashed. Otherwise she loved it.”
