“Their customer service is bloody amazing. I mistakenly made an order and helped me cancel it and get a refund. They also helped when I ran into some complications at check out and were so wonderful! I really cannot recommend this company enough!”

“All was amazing, however the heart hair clip broke on the way to the recipiant. It was in the same packaging as it was delivered to me before i sent it to the recipiant.”

“These are such lovely boxes of joy! I got one for my mum for mother's day and so far I've had 2 of my own as part of the monthly subscription. I love the surprise of not knowing what's inside, and everything feels like it's been selected carefully and a lot of thought has gone into the boxes.”

“What a lovely gift and so easy to use! I bought a 10 piece choose your own so I could add the things I knew my friend would like and appreciate! Such a wonderful treat, perfect for any occasion but wonderful for a random act of kindness to some who needs a little a lift, now to try a send some hints to the better half for a treat box! Haha!”

“May 2026 treat box arrived and – hooray!. It did NOT contain a single pointless item of "girly " frippery. There was a pretty roomy and prettily-designed cotton shopping bag - USEFUL: a mini jar of honey and a mini jar of conserve - EDIBLE - with a dipper for the honey - USEFUL: a pencil that is also a seedpod, that can be planted once its pencilling life is through - USEFUL and green: a small notepad - pretty and USEFUL: a mini lavender-perfumed soap - smells good and is USEFUL! Thank you for curating this months box in this way. More in the same vein, please.”

“Box was ok as it was half price but it would have been a waste of money if I had of paid full price for it, box was a birthday mystery box but I would not has chosen the items for myself.”

“I really like the idea of this Treat Box, particularly the nice presentation which is something I would struggle with if I created my own. The ordering and delivery was smooth and the package was well received by teenage daughter. Her only criticism was that the biscuit and some of the sweets were so hard that they were almost inedible. I probably won't be reordering for this reason as the box was too expensive not to be perfect.”
