“Their customer service is bloody amazing. I mistakenly made an order and helped me cancel it and get a refund. They also helped when I ran into some complications at check out and were so wonderful! I really cannot recommend this company enough!”

“I ordered the box where I could pick what was in it. It was a gift for my friend who is ill and she loved it. She said the tea and biscuit were delicious.”

“Packaged nicely, I've recycled the box etc to wrap my Nieces presents. I probably didn't read it right, I thought the gifts inside would be wrapped, even in tissue paper, so it would be more of a surprise each day, like an advent.”

“Disappointed with customer service and lack of advice for customers when purchasing sale. Pyjamas are oversized and wearer needs to very tall to wear them. Would not recommend or buy other items.”

“I’ve had the best experience with TreatBox! I recently ordered my first box and, to make sure I completed my purchase correctly, I initially had a couple of questions. Molly from Customer Service was absolutely brilliant. Her swift and helpful replies made the whole purchasing experience easy and reassuring. The box itself was wonderful and full of goodies. Unfortunately, two of the items I received were incorrect because the packaging of the products was very similar. As soon as I noticed, I emailed Molly, and she acted immediately. The replacement products were sent out ASAP — fantastic customer service! I wholeheartedly recommend TreatBox. This is not just a generic company selling products; this is a company that uses a human touch to make the customer experience great. And that human touch really does make all the difference. ❤️”
