“Their customer service is bloody amazing. I mistakenly made an order and helped me cancel it and get a refund. They also helped when I ran into some complications at check out and were so wonderful! I really cannot recommend this company enough!”

“A cascade of treats! I received a TreatBox out of the blue. It was so lovely to receive, thoughtfully packed with things I will actually use that I decided to send one myself and “pay it forward”. I like to think this might have set off a cascade or Mexican wave of boxes. My recipient loved it too.”

“I bought this treat box as I received a 50% off offer for a mystery treat box for my birthday. I had heard lots of good things about treat box so was excited to order. When my box arrived I was very disappointed, I paid £15 and it definitely wasn’t worth it. The only thing that was ok in it was some socks so I essentially paid £15 for a pair of pink socks. Not great, not sure I will order again”

“I bought this Paris‑themed gift box for a friend and honestly… I’m a little jealous to be handing it over. I had a sneaky peek before wrapping it and everything inside is just adorable. The whole theme is spot on — every item matches perfectly, from the socks to the pouch to the heart stirrers and those macaron wax melts that look good enough to eat. The quality is gorgeous, the presentation is beautiful, and it feels so thoughtfully put together. It genuinely looks like something you’d find in a little boutique tucked away in Paris. I’ve now subscribed to the monthly Treatbox — and I can only hope every box is as good as this one!”

“This is my second box and I am so happy with the reactions from recipients, they loved them. Also very impressed with the customer service.
