“Lovely wrapped box, nice selection of products. Socks I have received a few times only last 5mins, though. Very thin and go holly quicky - poor quality.”

“I purchased two treat boxes for my daughters to celebrate the start of the Christmas holidays. A lovely gift and both girls loved the selection of goodies. The only thing that was a bit underwhelming was the hot chocolate sachet in comparison to the can of iced coffee. Lovely earrings, Christmas socks & coasters Love the gingerbread theme xx”

“Quality of the pj's was excellent, only gutting thing was the box was all bashed and sides damaged. It did put me off ordering a second pair.”

“Bought for my wife for our anniversary who really liked all the options. It was a super simple process online with loads of options to choose from. Only negative would be that the hair clip was broken when it arrived. Fortunately it ws just the bow that had come off so was able to glue it back. Some of the items were smaller than expected but given the cost, it is understandable.”

“The ordering process was simple and there's so much choice for the custom boxes! There's something for everyone (even my 70+ year old dad!) and the customisation options are great. Everything went very well except that I ordered it at the weekend, thinking it would be sent Tuesday/Wednesday (since they say on the website to allow time for packing, of course) and hopefully arrive in time for Thursday using the 24 hour post. I received a notification from Royal Mail on the Monday that I had a tracking number (which is what they say will happen) but it wasn't physically sent until Thursday, arriving Friday afternoon. The note to wait to open it was pretty redundant but he enjoyed the items inside and it was a lovely way for me to mark the occassion despite being overseas. I would advise those ordering to make sure you give yourself, the company, and Royal Mail plenty of time to delliver, just in case.”

“Very nice selection of gifts on website and easy to build your own box. Only thing that disappointed me was the box itself, as all gifts were lovely. It’s just plain cardboard and was slightly bashed when Royal Mail delivered it. It would be a nicer gift box if cardboard was glossy or an outer box was placed around for protection. I ended up transferring the gifts into a gift bag so it looked nicer.”
