Lovely packaging and wrapping of items. Only downfall of the birthday countdown is the price.. you pay so so much but the items value are so cheap for what you pay for? I understand you'd not get the moneys completely worth but I mean really cheap items in value overall. They're lovely don't get me wrong and again the packaging is lovely. But yeah personally wouldn't recommend to people or would buy again due to that reason. X

The fact that the TreatBox was delivered to the wrong address- causing delay in delivery date -causing dismay and disappointment to the person who was to receive the TreatBox. Extremely disappointing!. I highlighted this at the time to TreatBox only to be advised Royal Mail at fault, I rcvd the photographic proof of delivery from the Royal Mail to a completely different address. My husband visited the suspected addresses TWICE to collect the TreatBox to no avail. On his rd attempt he was able to collect the TreatBox. TreatBox was received well after the intended and requested date. Very disappointed! Highlighted this situation with TreatBox at the time. The response was to look at a neighbouring door with same frontage as on the Royal Mail photo.... Will not recommend to family or friends.

Unfortunately I can’t do a review as it still hasn’t been delivered . It was a gift for a friend whose mum passed away and although it was despatched on Jan 23rd it is still with Royal Mail .

Really disappointed that the shortbread star was broken when it arrived. Seller explained she had no control of how the delivery is handled and assured me it didn’t go out broken. True but no offer of a replacement is not my standard of customer service so won’t be using again.

I got really small items (small chocolate bar and tiny bag of cookies) looked much bigger on photos but my fault for not reading small print. Last time I was really happy with my box, but this time I chose wrong.

I wanted to try a different advent this year, and after watching the unwrapping of the 2022 treatbox advent, decide to take the plunge. At £95 I thought it was a tad expensive, but there has been a cost of living crisis and I was hopeful for some lovely surprises. Firstly I was dissapointed with the wrapping, I'm into traditional Christmas colours and pink and brown I felt, wasn't very festive. ( just my opinion) As for the gifts I was even more disappointed, a colour your own 4 peices of card advent on day 1 and a sew your own felt tree decoration on day 2!!. The two stars were for the braclet, the earings, the socks, the pen and the tree bauble ( although not my colour choice, a friend loved it) . The tiny bag of popcorn and teeny biscuits were a joke. Along with soap, hand sanitiser and hair srunchies, not my cup of tea! ( again just my opinion) And I'm afraid I definately won't be ordering again. Back to Ritual, Boots or Tedbaker for me.

I purchased the 2023 Advent Calendar as a treat this year as i never usually get myself one and having ordered a gift box in the past for a family member, which they loved, I thought i’d treat myself. Sorry to say but i was completely underwhelmed and disappointed by what was in it. Definitely wasn’t worth the money i paid and unfortunately i won’t order this again.

Letterbox friendly but left behind a bin for days. I had to contact the person I sent it to as a surprise to see if they had received a gift and they found it hidden at the bin.

This will however depend on the recipient's letterbox size, the service used (special delivery is a signed for service), the postie delivering the box and whether you have added larger add on items to your order. That said, we are so very sorry to hear that the postie left the order in a poor location. Unless this is the recipients safe place, this is not ideal and we are so sorry that this happened. The biscuit arrived broken in pieces which I was gutted about since it was a mini treatbox and only contained 2 items. Decent shipping time.

I’m still waiting for a response from my Instagram message and email. I’ve been happy with my other purchases and previous purchases with you but not very happy that no one has got back to me from when k messaged and then emailed on Friday ☹️ I don’t feel as though I can do a proper review until the issue has been resolved.

Boxes arrived quickly. Items are nice but boxes are expensive for what you get in them. Expected gift message to be printed but was hand written in messy writing. Bought as thank you gifts but don't think I'd purchase again..

Honestly - really pains me to write this. The product itself was lovely and great quality. However, the lack of attention to detail ruined the whole experience for me. I sent the treatbox to a friend of mine who had recently suffered a bereavement. Whoever wrote the card wrote the wrong name in error - my name is Allie and the card said love "Alice". This is bad enough, but Alice happens to be my late daughters name - which considering the reason for me sending this gift to a friend was to acknowledge her recent loss, it came across really badly and caused unnecessary upset at an already difficult time. I have contacted treatbox and they have apologised, which is appreciated, but it has ruined the experience.

Personally not worth the money. Bought as a gift for Christmas hoping it would be nicely presented (understanding things get knocked about in postage) however it only comes in a packaged box and everything is in a plastic bag with a bit of paper shreddings (abit embarrassing for a pair of socks, a headband, a small rose quartz stone, a face mask and a note book all for £30 including postage) Would not buy from here again as I could probably do a better job myself.

I'm afraid I was very disappointed. I really liked the concept and order and delivery was super easy and smooth. However, the content of the box and the treats were absolutely disappointing and below expectations. I will not order this again as I don't think it's great value for money.

Although the goods were lovely the post sale service leaves a lot to be desired. I have sent 2 emails a week apart as an item was missing from the box that I had paid for and another week later still no response

Cookie tasted stale and was also past the expiry date. One of the bath bombs barely left any color in the water, didn't last long, the bath melt also left an unpleasant oily layer on the skin. Honestly super disappointed with the products. Embarrassing really coz it was a gift for a loved one.

Since Sunday isn't a designated delivery day for special delivery, the delivery attempt was made on Monday. Quality of items not reflected well in price. Several items have not lasted very long at all & printed items seem rushed & bad quality. The face masks are awful!!! Really advise against putting them into a box. (I don’t recognise the brand either so unsure how legitimate/dermatologically tested! Very overpriced. Consider putting bits together yourself, you will be saving yourself a good amount of money from Treatbox’s high mark up.
