The products were nice themselves but if I was paying 18 pounds for it I'd expect some thing more not just a notepad, a6 notebook and a pen

Honestly, there is no way I would spend £18 on this! A small stapled notebook and pad - you can get much better ones for the price elsewhere. The pen looks lovely until you open it up and use it - it bends and is as cheap as chips so not a great addition. I realise it was free through Voxi however it is not a great representation of your brand and unfortunately has put me off any of your other offerings.

For the price of the box you do expect a little more. The biscuit was broken and necklace just in a little plastic bag tangled. I’m not happy about now having h to gift it unfortunately. This wasn’t my first purchase but it will be my last.

Although the products were very good the “treat box” was very far from satisfactory. The packaging was just that, it was supposed to be a gift for my daughter starting her exams and had spent over £80. It arrived bashed up, sealed with yellow masking tape with postage labels all over the front. We opened it expecting a box within the parcel only to find that was it. The surprise treat box was far from it! I had to decant everything into a gift box and give it to her seperately. When I complained I was offered a replacement box! A little too late. The packing options are not clear and you certainly should not have to pay extra to gift the box to who it is intended for. I won’t be using again as the level of customer service was appalling. They obviously do not care if a customer is dissatisfied. It’s such a shame as the concept is good and the products were lovely.

We completely understand how important first impressions are, particularly during meaningful moments like exam season. When placing your order, you selected the “Send directly to recipient” option. This means the outer packaging is the TreatBox itself, designed to be a letterbox-friendly surprise. Our “Send to me to hand over in person” option includes an additional outer box for protection and presentation, which many customers prefer when gifting in person. That said, we’re always looking to make things clearer and easier, and your comments about the packaging options are genuinely helpful. We’ll be reviewing the wording on our site to avoid any future confusion. We offered a replacement box as a gesture to try and make up for the disappointment. We’re sorry this didn’t feel like the right solution at the time, but we do genuinely care when a customer is unhappy and always aim to put things right where we can. I thought it was supposed to come in a lovely box. This was for a gift that I want to hand on person. But it came in a brown cardboard box . So not very impressed.

The card was not the same as advertised - neither was the biscuit and I felt a bit disappointed. Not sure it was really worth the money in all honesty.

I received a Keyring with a photo of two people and not my horses. I emailed to let them know and to advise how we could rectify this. I have had no response at all.

Really really disappointed with the latest box I ordered. One of the items was damaged inside and it was 90% a different box. I ordered a joyful moments box and extra mug, this was for a colleague and friend to wish her well and to bring her sunshine. She instead received a Mother’s Day gift box, and a chipped coaster. I am hoping this will be rectified by the team. On a positive note I ordered the gift yesterday and it arrived today and the choice of gifts is excellent, if you receive the correct one.

My sisters ordered my the 7 day treatbox for my birthday. I recommend treatbox as I've ordered from them before for myself and others , and the items have always been of great quality. However, the 7 day advent calendar birthday I've just received was extremely disappointing. Day 1 was the happy news paper (not really a gift!) Then other items were a notepad, socks (which are lovely and soft), face mask, necklace, candle...they were OK items but not as exciting/special as I thought for the birthday treat box. And the final gift on my birthday was a cookie which was a huge let down. It's just a large cookie/biscuit ...doesn't really scream ' birthday'. I just know I've had better quality products before (as have my family and friends who I've bought for before)

First of all, what a beautiful idea and concept. Treatbox has loads of amazing things to choose from. I brought the wallet card and have to say I wasn’t impressed with the quality. I Can hardly see the photo let alone the writing but because it was for my baby’s dad’s birthday I had to roll with it as it was his first gift from our boy. I had nothing else. It came with a happy birthdays notes card which was such a lovely tough, however, I flipped the card over and someone had written on it exactly the same as what was written on the wallet card. This would have been a perfect opportunity for me to write a personal message on it. Such a shame.

I’ve previously used Treatbox and have been very happy with its contents but the last one i ordered for my daughter who was recuperating from an operation was a bit of a let down and not worth the amount I paid for it.
