I bought this treat box as I received a 50% off offer for a mystery treat box for my birthday. I had heard lots of good things about treat box so was excited to order. When my box arrived I was very disappointed, I paid £15 and it definitely wasn’t worth it. The only thing that was ok in it was some socks so I essentially paid £15 for a pair of pink socks. Not great, not sure I will order again

Appalling customer service. I am writing this review as invited by Treatbox, who appear not to have taken account of the emails I have sent to them imploring them to take any kind of responsibility or accountability for delivering biscuits after five days using their 24 hour service. Their excuse is that it's all Royal Mail's fault and they insist they are not allowed to give a refund, for unspecified reasons. They have offered a refund if I return the biscuits to them in a "resaleable" condition, which is mad. The biscuits were a gift for a friend. I will never use them again, and I urge all others to look elsewhere.

We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you were, and we completely understand how frustrating it is when an order doesn’t arrive as quickly as hoped, especially when it was intended as a thoughtful gift. We genuinely did try to support you throughout and reviewed the situation carefully, including at management level. The order was sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next day but isn’t a guaranteed service, and unfortunately there was a delay once it was with the carrier. As the parcel was ultimately delivered, our standard process is to offer a full refund once items are returned to us. We appreciate that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry that it added to your frustration. We always aim to be fair, transparent, and kind in how we look after our customers, and we’re genuinely sorry that this experience didn’t feel that way for you. Very disappointed- still waiting for delivery 5 days after requested date. They tried on the day before and after the requested date and as this was a birthday present, it rather ruined it. I certainly won't order again.

Disappointing - Order was unfortunately undelivered, the only option offered by customer service was to arrange another delivery at an additional cost. Still awaiting a customer service follow up and it is has been 4 working days since the issue was raised.

I had an offer for 50% for my birthday, meaning this box should have been over £30. To be honest I was so disappointed opening it. The products are no way worth £17 (what I payed), let alone £30. A face mask, bath melt, socks, a scrunchie. Honestly gutted when I opened it. The value of the box is terrible. Really wish I didn’t waste some of my birthday money on this.

It was my birthday and I received an email offering a 50% off birthday treat box. So decided to treat myself and order one. When it arrived I was so excited to open it from having received a box in the past but I was so disappointed. I couldn’t use anything in the box because of allergies, or I don’t have a bath or didn’t like the colour/design of socks. I emailed the team to ask if they could offer a solution. They confirm that I was missing an item and offered me to pick an item, hoping this would resolve my issue but I felt this wasn’t enough. No other offer was made and I had to return the treat box at my own cost to get a refund. Really disappointing customer service. I will certainly never be using them again and certainly not recommending to friends and family. Their are plenty of alternative treatments box companies out their wanting my business

Disappointing. I was offered a half price birthday box, normally £35. No way did the contents add up to £35. There was a biscuit, a lip mask, a piece of thick paper with the libra star formation, a hair band for when you do make up, socks and a bubble bath which sells on amazon for about £3.75. I won't buy again.

This was a freebie from Voxi and I was disappointed it was just a pencil, small notepad and paper pad. If I had actually paid money for it I would have reported them for theft

While it was free from voxi, the box said it was worth £16.99 and the reality is, you could buy that stuff and more yourself for £3, I was pretty disappointed with it being free, if I'd have paid I'd have been livid

I wasn’t very happy with my delivery. The box came damaged. They did replace the box a couple of days later. But if it had gone to my recipient directly I would’ve never known it was a broken box. I ended up having to pay extra to get it delivered myself to the recipient as the box arrived after I visited my mil. They offered me 10% off my next order to compensate.

Got delayed 2 weeeks cuz of some error in the website that removed the flat number from my address, messing the birthday by 2 weeks wasn't good and the box arrived in not a really nice look from outside. the customer service were replying with whatever, but not sending a replacement instead they waited for the parcel to be sent back to them and then resend it to me and charging me for the delivery, would not recommend it

Absolute load of rubbish it got put in the bin and I wish I never had anything to do with the company cos they keep emailing me about rubbish so delete my account asap and don't email me again

The treatbox itself was great, but unfortunately the company that delivered the parcel left it outside in the pouring rain. The gift was soaked through. My friend also checked her ring doorbell but no body rang it. She said she was only gone for 20 minutes that day. I love the idea and the treatbox itself but the execution was very poor.
