I was really excited to gift this to my sister who was having a tough time and needed a treat on her birthday. When she called to say thank you, she did say it was very thoughtful of me to think of her, and she likes the necklace, But when she explained what she got for £65 (I chose to add the alcohol too) I was disappointed. The rest of the items were Meh. Cheap stocking fillers. She was none the wiser as to how much I spent. But I’m telling you now it’s not worth the money. Use the money to create your own special box for a loved one. I did message to complain and they said the money goes into the time of staff and the time it take to individually wrap the items. I don’t think the cost reflects item quality and value with the ratio of staff cost. I will not be purchasing again.

Ordered a aluminium photo card which was poor quality with a green tinge & not printed as required. Sent 2 emails & left 1 answer phone message but yet to have a response. Disappointed as it was for a gift. Liked the background of company but only positive is that it came quickly.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Hugely disappointed and honestly, a bit disgusted with this service. They incorrectly printed my delivery label, so didn’t deliver my gift to my friend but didn’t actually let me know it hadn’t been delivered and had been returned to sender. I had to ask my friend if it had been arrived (ruining the surprise element of the gift) and then email them, at which point they acknowledged their mistake for the incorrect printing of the label. They then tried to charge me extra to re post the gift despite THEIR error. And then when I asked for a refund, charged me 25%. Very shameful way of doing business, would not recommend and will definitely be going elsewhere.

No comprar desde España. El paquete ha sido retenido en aduanas y despues de 1 mes de gestiones por llevar dentro cosmeticos y "alimentacion" (1 galleta) me piden 62€ para que siga a su destino. Finalmente el paquete volvera para atras y nunca lo llegare a ver. Me gustaba mucho pero es imposible que llegue a España.

Sadly my friend never received it. I specifically chose a company that do letterbox deliveries as my friend only gets home late evenings and lives alone. Royal Mail shows it’s been delivered with a proof of image of delivery with someone holding the box with their hand all over the details. I therefore can’t even confirm that it is the actual box addressed to her and secondly someone is holding the package. There would have been no one at the residence. I can only assume Royal Mail has delivered it to the wrong address. So sad a I can’t afford to send her another one and it meant so much to me when I received mine. :(

Looks nothing like the box online! The biscuit I received was broken. The writing in the card was terrible, unable to make out the words in the card I therefore threw it. Very little pink shredded tissue. On the whole very disappointed and will not use again.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and rather than sending out a new box to the correct address I have been told it’s under investigation with Royal Mail which is not my fault and now my friend won’t be receiving her gift. Nor have I received a refund!

Haven’t received order yet, Royal Mail website is a nightmare to use and cannot collect my parcel from the post office or delivery office

Order was cancelled with no explanation. When I contacted I was told that it was an issue with the website as I shouldn’t have been able to order in the first place, I should add that I had made a 2nd order shortly after the first. When I asked for my order to be fulfilled as I had made a second order was told that no it couldn’t and to purchase the item I had originally ordered I needed to make a further order of a TreatBox and add on item. As I had already made a purchase I really couldn’t see the issue with then sending the add on item as I understood it would arrive separately. (It was £5 celebration birthday chocolates) All I was told was no and a final email saying ‘thank you for your feedback’ Incredibly poor customer service and absolutely would not order from them again or recommend TreatBox. The gifts were for my daughters 18th and I’ve since found most of the items elsewhere and put together my own gift box. So thank you TreatBox for the ideas but what a disappointing experience. For a small company you did nothing to correct something that was your mistake in the first place.

I made an error when placing my order, I realised this as soon as I checked out so I contacted them as per their T&C's (5 minutes after placing the order), asking if I could amend the order or cancel. I then received a response email at midnight saying that the order could not be edited, and could not be cancelled as it was past the 30 minute mark of requesting to cancel. I'm not sure how they worked that out as I emailed after 5 minutes asking to cancel if the order couldn't be changed. I was then told my only option would be to accept the delivery and then send the package back at my own cost. So now I have a treatbox that I do not want and received no help from them when trying to fix the issue.

Item not received. Now day 10 since ordering. Emails to the only contact point for treat box kept returning generic worded emails, with no personal approach. Emails just keep saying I have to wait 14 days for it be counted as lost (in line with Royal Mail policy) in Order to get a refund. No alternatives given or as per request to contact Royal Mail to get a better update?! I would just of liked my friend to receive the gift in time for Xmas as expected, which clearly isn’t going to happen now!!! Item clearly shown on tracking as bouncing between depots with Royal Mail, and is not going to be received so it would of been a much friendlier and thoughtful approach if they could just re-send a new box - especially considering the time of the year! Will not use this company again, and cannot recommend.

Similarly, for 24 tracked shipping, if an order isn't received within 7 working days from the dispatch date, it's classified as lost, and we promptly issue a replacement or refund. The advent calendar is an absolute joke. £95 and the first two options are colouring pencils worth about £1 and the second is diy decoration kit.Nothing like starting this advent with bang. Treatbox you should be embarrassed.

Still have not received my £47 10-piece treat box. I missed my initial delivery due to being hospitalised a week ago but a week on and I still haven't received my item. This was a birthday present for a friend and I was really looking forward to giving it to her because it looked great but still no sign of it a week after her birthday especially considering I paid extra for faster delivery.
