Very disappointed! Not only did this TreatBox arrive too late for the occasion but the hand written message was nothing short of appalling. Illegible scrawl to say the least. I am baffled as to who wrote it and how does TreatBox allow this? Would not recommend this service.

After looking into this, the issue arose due to key information missing from the shipping address, which unfortunately meant the courier was unable to identify the correct location for delivery. As outlined in our terms and conditions, in cases like this where a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address, a 25% restocking fee applies if a refund is requested. We take great care to pack all of our boxes in a clean, controlled environment, but occasionally, especially during warmer months, little critters like spiders can sneak in during transit. Cannot emphasise how much I do not recommend ordering through Treatbox. Their online form at the time did not prompt the first line of the address so my order was not delivered to my friend. In order to have it redelivered, Treatbox said I needed to pay a restocking fee as well as redelivery. There was zero compassion for the fact that my friend whose husband was undergoing cancer treatment and no negotiation of meeting me in the middle. The customer service took forever and a resolution was never found. Take your business elsewhere, it’s just not worth the hassle!

Please know that this is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to face these issues. Our checkout system does rely on the information entered at the time of ordering, and when an address is incomplete, it sadly impacts successful delivery. We do ask for a restocking and redelivery fee when parcels are returned to us, in line with our policy, but I’m very sorry if this came across as lacking compassion — that was certainly not our intention. Terrible customer service. I emailed stating I wished to make a formal complaint and this was ignored and ignored on social media - will advise people not to use this site as ok until you’re not happy with an order then they show their true colours and are not helpful. Charged me to put the stock back - I would never use this company again.

Customer service poor and gift boxes look cheap and not good quality, the gift boxes are expensive and the quality of the boxes let the product down. You can’t open the box without it ripping, very disappointed

My order didn’t and still hasn’t arrived! It was a surprise for my cousin. It was left in a “safe place” (what looks like the boot of a car) and she didn’t receive it. I am still waiting for a resolution from TreatBox. Very disappointing given the cost.

I'm so relieved to have recovered my money with the help of chelsy desmarais. It all started when I fell victim to the scam broker which had been making headlines lately due to its sophisticated phishing campaigns. The company had bypassed my money granting unauthorized access to my money and stealing my sensitive investment including my profits and personal information. Ordered for a birthday (6 weeks in advance) and STILL has not arrived. Unable to track with Royal Mail reference given as it just says that "the package is on its way to us". Appalling turn around time. Useless birthday gift now. Cute in theory but would not recommend.

Purchased a one off treat box for black Friday and as a first time customer I'm extremely disappointed. I paid around £28 and in my bag was a bubble bath, a keyring, some socks, bookmark, packet of sweets, and other nic naks. Definitely not worth £28. I reached out to ask for a refund and was refused because it was a black Friday offer. I purchased this for my friend and I'm embarrassed to give it to her so it's stored in a cupboard for now. Won't be a returning customer that's for sure.

I ordered my treatbox for a grieving fruend on November 6th, Today is 15th November and she still hasnt received it. I didn't think it would be my job to make sure it was delivered i thought it would be the companies job. A very disapponited customer

Ordered as a gift for a colleague leaving work 8 days later still not arrived alerted treat box of the deadline as person was leaving the business says it’s in the hands of Royal Mail really poor service and mis-selling having paid £4.99 for 24 hr delivery to find 9 days later it supposedly still sitting in a depot. When a refund was requested they ignored my requests.

Poor poor poor Don’t waste your money on the birthday 7 day gifts. Total waste of money. I bought the full size products, rubbish is my opinion. You could easily buy the gifts yourself for half the price and wrap just as well. This is all my opinion after buying 2 for gifts. Childish jewellery items that could be purchased at a very cheap rate.
