“Great gifts in my daughter’s Birthday countdown, she loved it. My only comment would be that it could do with a simple instruction card for the recipient. My daughter doesn’t live with me and hadn’t heard of treatbox so asked if she should start from 1 or 7 and if she should open the last one the day before her birthday or on her birthday.”

“Treat box great but I paid £8 for next day delivery and the box arrived 2 working days later! I emailed the company for a refund of the delivery fee and they ignored me!”

We have checked both your orders and they were both placed after the cut off time of 12pm on Friday the 22nd of December 23, this was displayed over our website and also through the checkout process. Any orders placed after the cut off time would have not arrived by Christmas as they are shipped on the 27th of December 23, I am sorry if you missed this. The orders were both sent special delivery on the 27th and arrived the next day. As this has been fulfilled successfully and as advised we cannot issue a refund for the shipping at this time. “Brilliant service and super timely delivery, I ordered during the Christmas period and everything got delivered on time. The gift recipients were really happy with the treats, especially the personalised polaroid photo. The packaging is also lovely. The only reason I knocked off a star is because when uploading the photo, there was some sort of issue with the website and it didn't show that any photo had uploaded, so I had to send it again later on. If that bug could be sorted, a well deserved 5/5! My only other critique is that there are a lot of alcoholic products, which isn't a problem, but filtering through to find non-alcoholic gifts is quite a pain when there's barely any alcohol-free options left. Some more variety for customers who don't drink/have dietery restrictions would be amazing and I would be able to add loads more treats to my next order :)”

“The personalised mugs I purchased for my two friends where beautiful, and they loved them. I did get confused because I thought the mugs came with a pair of socks and a reindeer hot choc stick, as shown in video...but they didn't...my own fault for not checking...have used treatbox a couple of times, and will continue to do so...Great company xx”

“The service was great with fast delivery and lovely packaging. I have marked down only one star because of the jewellery I picked which was poor quality materials. Otherwise it was lovely and the vegan hug in a cookie was delicious too!”

“I love giving these as gifts but think the brown boxes are a bit boring looking especially as they're Xmas gifts . The same goes for the issue inside , which is also plain. I bought some Xmas tissue just so they looked a bit more festive .”
