Brilliant service and super timely delivery, I ordered during the Christmas period and everything got delivered on time. The gift recipients were really happy with the treats, especially the personalised polaroid photo. The packaging is also lovely. The only reason I knocked off a star is because when uploading the photo, there was some sort of issue with the website and it didn't show that any photo had uploaded, so I had to send it again later on. If that bug could be sorted, a well deserved 5/5! My only other critique is that there are a lot of alcoholic products, which isn't a problem, but filtering through to find non-alcoholic gifts is quite a pain when there's barely any alcohol-free options left. Some more variety for customers who don't drink/have dietery restrictions would be amazing and I would be able to add loads more treats to my next order :)
