“My 13 year old daughter loved her box. Unfortunately the pen didn’t work but other than that she was happy with her box. Such a lovely idea to treat someone! ❤️”

“First time I'd come across TreatBox and I'd probably use again, but for a female friend/family. Good variety with the edible treats but more options for the guys would be good. The box also arrived with a lot of pink packaging which was slightly offputting the recipient.”

“I bought 2 boxes, one for my mum and one for me so we could open them together. The items you can choose from are really cute and the presentation was lovely. My review is 4 stars though because I ordered two separate boxes but some of the items were mixed together (some things I’d chosen for my mum were in my box and vice versa) so I had to get her to close her eyes while I switched some stuff around which took the shine off it a little bit 😅”

“The treat box concept is good but we opened what we thought was the brown delivery carton to be showered with gifts and confetti. We wrongly assumed the treat box would be contained within. As this gift was for my niece we had to add a box of our own before we could gift to her. Disappointed and wouldn't order again for this reason.”

“Ordered a box of 7 items all very nice but not too happy that it had 2 biscuits and 2 key rings ? It felt a little like someone had grabbed a box of 5 already made up and didn’t check what was already in it.😬”

“Ordered a Tote Bag for my niece. Communication was great, price was great, delivery was great, but the bag was very very thin. I can't imagine it will hold any weight, and given the logo is 'might be books, might be snacks' - it won't hold more than a couple of paperbacks.”

“I ordered a personalised key ring online. I had trouble uploading the image but CS were very quick to contact me and upload on my behalf. Delivery was good. Product excellent quality.”

“A lovely idea which I sent to my daughters and god daughter before their GCSEs started. I ordered the small version as too expensive to order 3 large ones. Very nice but they are expensive for what you get. I added some earrings too but would have liked the option to add a cookie or face pack ( these are light enough).”

“Ordered as a gift for our daughter as started a new job. It was well recieved. Notebook bit too small. A5 would be better and lined. Everything else was great!”

“The TreatBox was greatly appreciated by the recipient. However, I was dismayed to learn from her that my name, as the sender, was not automatically included, which meant the recipient had to ring round her relatives to discover who had sent it.”

TreatBox leave the gift message section completely blank for the sender to write their own message, therefore allowing the sender to remain anonymous if they wish or sign their name. We would not be allowed to sign gift messages with the senders name without their permission due to GDPR Everything that goes into TreatBox takes a lot of time, love and care, to ensure the best experience possible for our customers. “What a fantastic idea, my friend loved it! Only thing that would make it better is having a tick box of things you wouldn't like in the box. My friend received a foot pack which she is unable to use due to personal reasons. Other than this it was all fantastic! Quick delivery and shipping out also.”
