“I bought a cordless combi drill from Toolstore very recently, but it was not at all easy to use and change the torque setting, or the gear from 1 to 2. The hammer function was very hard to get shifted to. I think it seemed to get a bit easier after handling it for a while, but still difficult and not like drills I have had in the past. Full marks toToolstore, who were extremely good, quick and helpful in getting it collected from me and issuing a refund. I couldn't ask any more than that.”

“Tool Store had the best price I could find online for a DeWalt combi drill power stack set. It was delivered the next day, but due to an error with DPD it went missing and Tool Store were so helpful that they carried out and investigation and within 48 hours they had sent me a replacement Drill, I will definitely recommend them for any of your power tool needs and will most definitely be purchasing my power tools from them in the near future.”
