“Not a great deal to say really since the product I ordered was not right. But dealing with the team at Tool store was really easy and they provided me with all of the help to return the product. I was kept informed of the delivery back to Toolstore and informed of my reimbursement - a good company to deal with”

“What a fantastic company very competitive prices I have searched the internet for a product that was not stocked by the usual crowd but these guys not only were cheaper they had it in stock and delivered next day without any more cost would highly recommend”

“Item arived incomplete in a patched up box. Obviously some of the contents were missing. On phoning the assistant said she would investigate what was missing and phone straight back. There was no contact until I 'phonrd again the next day. She then suggested I download the paperwork and print it out for myself I pointed out that I had bought and paid for a new hedge trimmer, not a reject or incomplete item. She then said she would source the original documentetion and send this to me by post This has now been done but it took a week. Not very satisfactory.”

“After spending £188 not happy to have to pay for return of drill box which I ordered by mistake for drill I bought from you I wish someone had told me that the drill would not fit in the box”

Our returns policy is listed on our website and we are very transparent about the fact that returns costs are to be covered by the customer. Orders that are placed on our website are processed automatically which means that our sales team have no input in processing them. However, we do have a direct contact number for the sales team as well as a 'contact us' section on the website whereby customers can ask questions, check availability and compatibility etc. before placing any orders with us. Our team would have been more than happy to confirm if the drill would fit in the box had you called us, but unfortunately there were no calls from your number.
