“I ordered online over Bank Holiday weekend as ToolStore was the cheapest price for HOZELOCK 24010000 Auto Reel Retract Hose System 20m, with free delivery. The item arrived a day early so I was very impressed and will return my custom in the future.”

“Actually, I have to say that my first experience of dealing with ToolStore led to me making a mental note that it would be a good idea to business with them again. Here's why: Before I made a purchase, I had to call to ask some questions about the items. I spoke to a real person whose first language was English (shocker). They were really helpful and good natured, and I could immediately tell that I was speaking to someone who was honest. I obtained the information I needed, placed the order and it arrived FAST and was packaged well. That's all you need, right?”
