“No problem with the product, but delivery was abysmal. When ordering, it stated delivery was in 2 days, which I could accept by changing an appointment from day 2 to day 1. Without any communication the package delivery came on day 1 when I was at the appointment. So it was left at a shop half a mile away that was not even on a bus route. I'm a 94 year old widower now without a car. So collecting such a large box on foot put me in a very difficult situation. Delivery within 24 hours is considered a triumph, but a total lack of communication or consultation with customers is very much NOT a triumph. Transactions are now all about speed. Customers personal requirements are neglected. I will order nothing from ToolStore again because of their delivery service.”

“Stihl GTA26 full kit cheaper for same price other stores are charging for bare unit - i.e. a full 20% off Stihl’s RRP. Despatched same day and delivered quickly and in perfect condition. What is there not to like? Am a very happy bunny and will happily buy from here again.”

“The tools that I bought from toolstore wigan were well priced and well packaged with no damage on arrival? Also a shout out to the delivery guy for his politeness? From ringing up to make sure of availability the lovely lady I spoke to confirmed the products, I ordered on line and everything turned up the next day! Will definitely buy from them again. Superb thanks guys.”

“The Makita lawnmower was delivered less than 24 hours from order. The admin team sorted a clerical error I made very quickly (Mia) contacted me within minutes of me informing them of my mistake. The delivery was well documented and I was kept up to date with timings. I have used the mower. It is great. The service was very good. I would highly recommend ToostoreUK. Well done.”
