We understand how frustrating this can be, we can see that your spoken to our customer service team who contacted DPD in regards to the extra information needed. We would appreciate if you left your review on DPD instead of ours as we did everything we could do and even attempted to resolve this, DPD are the ones who failed to deliver. “I found my experience with ToolStore a little bit frustrating because the V-TUF Pro water sprinkler - skid mount was being shipped directly from the manufacturer there was no follow-up from Toolstore or the manufacturer confirming delivery. Following my initial enquiry with Toolstation Customer Services who chased it up with the manufacturer, despite having no communication from the manufacturer confirming a date for delivery it arrived 24 hours later, I was reassured by Toolstore UK that they would pursue my delivery.”
