Dear Gintautas, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. DPD made multiple attempts to deliver this parcel to the address provided to us but unfortunately they were unsuccessful and there was no response to their requests for further information. For this reason, the goods were returned back to us and a refund was processed for you. We emailed you to confirm once this had been processed. “I was searching for an extra Dewalt battery & came across ToolStores website, I was quite surprised at the price of the battery because some competitors were almost twice the price, the delivery was quick as well, so I’m really happy with ToolStore.”

We will always consider price matching where we can but this does depend on a number of factors and we can only offer this when certain criteria are met. This includes both suppliers having stock, and our current cost price, to name a few. We are constantly monitoring our prices to ensure that we are as competitive as possible and offer the best value for our customers, but occasionally different suppliers may choose to have certain products on really good flash deals etc. This shows how competitive the online market is at the moment. “Description not clear enough, resulted in buying the wrong lawn mower. Wanted wireless electric. Now the wire got trapped under the lawn more and broke. Giving extra two stars for quick email responses.”

Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we do read all comments and we try to take any feedback on board where we can. Regarding the item you purchased from us, our website does clearly explain that this is a 240v machine meaning it is powered by being plugged into the mains electric, and therefore is not 'wireless'. It sounds like you were looking for a battery powered machine and these would not be classed as electric as they are powered by batteries. These are 2 different things, unfortunately. I hope this helps to clarify this for you. Had you realised that you had ordered the wrong item, we do accept returns within 30 days providing that the item is unused and in the original packaging, but unfortunately you have confirmed that this item has been used. Thank you for your purchase.
