“hi there i,ve tried to email yourselves and the delivery company to try to find out why i haven,t received this item but with no reply. the delivery company said it was delivered and left on a neighbours doorstep.no such parcel has been seen the delivery driver sent a pic of the doorstep but there doesn,t appear to be a parcel there. i would appreciate some correspondence regarding what can be done about this matter. regards shaun rollings.”
