“I found my experience with ToolStore a little bit frustrating because the V-TUF Pro water sprinkler - skid mount was being shipped directly from the manufacturer there was no follow-up from Toolstore or the manufacturer confirming delivery. Following my initial enquiry with Toolstation Customer Services who chased it up with the manufacturer, despite having no communication from the manufacturer confirming a date for delivery it arrived 24 hours later, I was reassured by Toolstore UK that they would pursue my delivery.”

“Happy with the product, price good and dispatch prompt but I paid extra ( not much admittedly) for next day delivery, but the DPD stepped in- DPD delivery is usually appalling we live in north Wales but in a town an hour from Liverpool, not up a mountain but they made a mountain out of the delivery. "Out for delivery with an estimated time", we were in the front garden when I got a driver has missed you message, basically they lied and pretended we weren't in and the parcel returned to depot. Day 2 " out for delivery with an approximate time" then after it didn't turn up, a message confirming it hadn't turned up. Day three " out for delivery & time message then nothing. Day 4 further message and actual delivery. Don't know if it's DPD or just the Kinmel bay depot but they are appalling, the drivers are all friendly and I'm sure work hard for little money but the company- 1/5 is generous.”

“Works well after my Makita petroleum strimmer retired with a jammed piston. Wasn’t expecting this amount of power. Why is it so difficult to register the tool for the extended warranty, still haven’t been able to register??”

“The service was excellent from ToolStore. The only issue was the delivery driver left the parcel on the doorstep, even though I asked for it to be left with a neighbour if I was out. We were lucky the parcel was not stolen”

“Delivery was very quick, however the fragile item was not protected sufficiently and was open at the end, luckily there was not damaged. It was more by luck that it was not broken.”

“prompt service and great product. Didnt realise it came without a carry case which was disappointing however they sent a large heavy duty tool bag as a way of a small apology. Thanks and would use again.”

“First up, your email message to me says "Rate you experience with ToolStore UK" It would be more professsional to spell you "your". All was OK with order and delivery, but I'd have liked the tool in a box (if there was one) rather tham wrapped in bubblewrap.”
