“prompt service and great product. Didnt realise it came without a carry case which was disappointing however they sent a large heavy duty tool bag as a way of a small apology. Thanks and would use again.”

“First up, your email message to me says "Rate you experience with ToolStore UK" It would be more professsional to spell you "your". All was OK with order and delivery, but I'd have liked the tool in a box (if there was one) rather tham wrapped in bubblewrap.”

“Goo prices, delivery. however a VAT invoice was not sent by e-mail-only with goods.This causes problems with our goods-in as our system cannot cope with Invoices sent wit goods”

“The item arrived on time, and was as described - it's a nice bit of kit too. My only gripe is that the box was a bit mashed, and I do keep my tools stored in original packaging whenever possible as they are easier to store. Not a major problem, but it did take a star off my rating. I ticked the Damaged box below, but that is the box, not the product itself. Otherwise, all is good, and not overpriced like some competitors are I'm happy with my purchase, and the ease of buying”

“Toolstore UK sell quality products, and they despatch them promptly. I will continue to use them. Sadly, the overall service was let down by their carrier, DPD. They didn't deliver to me at all on the day that they stated that they would. Three hours after the delivery time window closed, they sent me a message saying that my delivery was delayed. I obviously knew that. They delivered to me the next day, but it was one hour after the stated delivery time window ended.”
