“Really happy with the quality of the rug I received.”

“I like the rug but the company is terrible, I bought two rugs to try for size, their website says easy returns, no details, I need to return one rug and I cannot so I am out of pocket. Also advertises machine washable, but the instructions which come with the rug do not include machine washing. I need to know the machine washing instructions.”

“We were surprised at the very keen price for the small rugs we wanted for our bedroom, even more impressed at the next day free delivery. We were not disappointed as the rugs arrived and safely delivered whilst we were out by DX. On opening the packaging we found two quality rugs with non slip backing and certainly enhance our bedroom.”

“Was promised delivery on Wednesday and Thursday but it did not arrive until Friday PM. Although we folded it the others at and hoovered as instructed, the rug is still not lying flat 5 days later.”

“I purchased this rug twice due to poor quality. The first version of this rug came with a dark blue canvas woven into the seems and sticking out on 2 sides making it unusable. Customer service was not very apologetic and seemed dismissive. I ordered a second rug (exchange was unavailable for the first so now am £200 deep in purchases) and this one arrived with a burn mark in and only 30% discount was offered despite it being my second purchase that is faulty Very disappointing quality. Would not order from here again”

“Excellent price, quality and customer service. Fast delivery. Looks cosy and cheerful. My only little criticism, is that the colour is quite a way off Duck Egg Blue. For anyone wanting exact colour matching, it would not work, but my colour scheme is based on various blues from teal to a very pale sky blue. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.”
