“Love the large selection of rugs on the website, and easy to navigate and order. I ordered a runner and matching doormat, which were good quality and keenly priced. I had expected next day delivery, but took nearly a week to arrive. Customer Service team were quick to respond to messages and very apologetic.”

“The rug itself is great. Looks lovely and I’m very happy with it. I wouldn’t bother with the rug gripper as it’s poor quality and I can’t believe it was costed at £39.00. Better to get something elsewhere. The courier company were rubbish. I waited in all day for the second part of my order which should have been delivered at the same time as the rug.”
