“The rug arrived before the estimated delivery time. I purchased it in the sale at a great price. I was a little reticent due to the low cost of the rug but I needn’t have been because the rug is really nice. It’s an orca colour which can be a bit tricky but it is a lovely golden ocra. Fits well in my bedroom and looks quite expensive.”

“Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the rug I received, it was not shaggy the pile was very low and not how it was described. I contacted The rugs and they were polite but expected me to send it back, due to the fact I would have to take an unpaid day from work to wait for the courier to pick it up which for me was not an option as out of pocket for a rug that wasn't as described I also would have lost a days pay that if the courier had turned up. Overall I wouldn't recommend them.”
