“I’ve received my rugs and they are beautiful however I ordered one which was too small so I ordered a bigger one. I have been trying to return the smaller one but can’t seem to get any response to arrange a collection. It’s been over a week - I would appreciate if someone can assist asap as I do want a refund for that small rug”

“I bought a rug that - when it arrived - was just not suitable: it was too light. I immediately contacted customer services via email - and, at first, was offered a 15% discount to keep the rug. But I’s have no use for it. It’s been more than a week and communication is painfully slow. I still don’t know how to return the rug. Will never be buying from this company again.”

“The rugs did not arrive within 24 hours but I really didn’t mind that. However after nearly a week I contacted them contacted to see if they had any updates. They were very quick with their response and sent another order which I received 2 days later. The rugs are lovely and very good quality and knowing I can trust a company when things go wrong is so important. I would definitely and happily buy from them again. I’ve taken 1 star of due to the delivery company otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Thanks rugs.”
