“The rug arrived promptly. However it is the wrong colour for you room. I have been trying to return this and been in email contact. I was offered a discount to keep it but I want to return and a refund, but as yet waiting a response.”

“All good until I had to return a rug! The company who came to pick up the rug did not try very hard or knock very loudly so said I was not home, which I was, waiting all day! So now I am waiting again for The Rugs to come back to me to tell me what to do. I just want to return my rug, which I was told was a simple process and the whole reason I committed to buying a rug I could only view online, because you can't really tell what it is like until you see it in person. Now I can't order another rug until this is picked up and I hope The Rugs are not going to ask me to pay for the return as it was not my fault I missed the courier! (If he actually did come at all!)”
