“The rug was gorgeous but a silly purchase from me as I wanted it for a hallway but it's just not practical with the amount of traffic so I returned it for something more suitable but the whole process with The Rugs was amazing. 5 stars for customer service. “I love the rug, it’s absolutely perfect! The delivery service not so much, they didn’t deliver to my address and just left it with a neighbour and signed (the delivery driver) for it on my behalf. I stayed in to receive the order and followed them on the web platform, getting closer to me. On all the records they recorded it as being delivered to my house and that I signed for it! I left the delivery 50 yards of my house and made absolutely no attempt to ring my door bell and actually deliver my rug to the correct house. I would love to get another rug, but I am nervous of the same problem happening again. After many calls, I reached the depo and they managed to give me the gps point of delivery.”
