Turned up late and looks nothing like the photo

Got an order confirmation, got confirmation from the delivery company that my order was due to be picked up. Over a week later, no more updates and no delivery came. The Rugs blamed the delivery company, the delivery company said the order was never given to them in the first place. The only good thing I can say is that they refunded me fairly quickly (hence 2 stars instead of 1). Was very disappointed as it was a nice design at a good price. It’s currently still available but now at a much higher price so I won’t bother trying again.

Absolutely love my new runner rug so much, I’ve actually just washed it in my machine on a 30° wash as directed and it’s currently hanging out my window drying off in the sunshine 😊 will absolutely buy from here again and I’m in need of a new rug for my lounge so won’t be long now.

Very pleased with my rugs. Good value for money. I use mine indoors in some areas. Excellent for my dogs when set and easy to clean. I also benefited from the sale for two of them which was a bonus!

The rug you supplied me with was perfect ... except I requested black/charcoal and received pale grey. We were so up to our eyeballs in building work, we accepted the grey. You'd have got 5 stars if you'd sent the right colour!

I have been waiting for my order for over 2 weeks which I have paid for on next day delivery. I have contacted the company on multiple occasions and had no response.

Hi Esther, Thank you for your review. First of all, we would love to apologise again for the inconvenience. However, as we have explained, the consignment was dispatched on time by our end. The delivery has failed and the consignment has been lost during the delivery process. We are aware of the problems with courier companies, however, we experience the same issues with every company. Unfortunately, these courier companies in the UK are not operating with up-to-date systems and they constantly change their drivers. All of them refuse to get signatures by using COVID as an excuse, still. They do not use any other confirmation either which is not okay and not up-to-date. However, these problems are mostly caused by specific drivers. Every delivery depends on the drivers working in that local area. We try everything we can to solve these issues as fast as possible.
