“I purchased 2 washable rugs; they both look lovely. One of them is also made with a good material (the one I placed in the living room); I’m not very satisfied by the other that I placed in the dining room but I paid very little so I can’t complain. Very good customer service: I should have received the 2 rugs together but I didn’t. After few days I wrote asking when I would have received the second one and they replied almost immediately that after an investigation it was lost by the courier; I received a new one after 2 working days.”

“My dog is the worst drinker on the planet, leaving water trails all over the kitchen. I decided to but a rug that covered the area of concern and also needed something washable. After looking at several and thought all of those would be nice, I settled on two. They arrived swiftly and I opened them to a surprise, they are very good quality, excellant design, especially for the price. They are soft to walk on and now there is very little mopping to do, and they are quite absorbant. Just a shame the dog does not appreciate them. Well at least the wife likes them and less water to mop up, just need something now to wipe the dogs face.”
