“*After my review below, the company offered me a discount and dealt very politely and quickly with the issue, so I will increase my rating of them. Very disappointed with the rug, there's hardly any pile and it's very hard. There was a part of the label cut away, I think it was regarding washing it, the company said it could be washed but I couldn't spin it! I bought the anti slip mat as well and it's still moving. If I wasn't housebound at present I'd return it. I'll end on a positive, I like the pattern.”

“Came rolled and ends protected, unrolls easily and lays down fine. Slightly different to what I expected but it gets paws up from the dogs who thought it soft to lie on. The colour is subtle and goes well with my autumn colours and greyish brown mock wooden floor.”

“I like the rug but I think you have sent the wrong colour. I have just finished my kitchen and unwrapped the rug and I ordered the blue and copper and it is definitely blue and gold, not blue and copper. Will it be possible to exchange for the right one?”
