“More than happy with the rugs I received. Sadly I am far from happy with the delivery company DX who sent them. Was emailed a timeslot and it didn't arrive. Tried several ways of contacting them, at the 4th attempt someone emailed back to say it would arrive by 6pm that day, and didn't despiteme waiting in for it. Turned up next morning and when I questioned what had happened, which I feel I had every right to I was spoken to in a snotty way. I personally think this company should not use DX as this is outrageous service from them. When I complained to them they didng even seem interested.”
