“Unfortunately I did not receive my rug as apparently it got lost in transit and it was then out of stock. I am surprised I have been contacted for a review when my order wasn't fulfilled. I can say that I was contacted quickly and the refund was actioned upon my request. I am just disappointed I wasn't able to receive the rug I ordered.”

“Wow, I did not expect to be impressed with this rug. My Mother has dementia and mobility problems and this large rug was purchased in the hope it would tick all the boxes re low pile, reducing trips and falls, non patterned reducing the anxiety around patterned carpets and rugs and the fact that my Mother loves the look and feel of the rug. I am over the moon that I found this web site and equally over the moon that the largest rugs that ticks all the safety and aesthetic boxes amazing. Highly recommend this rug.”
