“The rug wasn’t anything like it looked on the picture and was so thin. I couldn’t believe it was a 260x180 sized rug when the delivery man handed it over. I am returning it”

“Just what I needed, perfect for pets dog hair doesn’t get stuck to it like most rugs, so easy to hoover and doesn’t get sucked up by the hoover like other rugs I’ve had. Haven’t washed it yet but I’m sure it will be fine. I also ordered the green by mistake when I actually wanted the grey and the customer service was great they changed my order so fast I was worried it would be too late. Thank you!”
