“We purchased this rug a few weeks ago, and we followed the instructions, and the rug seemed to be ok. Over the last few days, wrinkles have appeared and despite putting weights on it, or hoovering it, standing and walking on it, the wrinkles won't disappear. We are very disappointed.”
