“The packaging of the rug wad really good but I have placed this rug in my hallway on top of the carpet to protect it . It doesn't stay in place at all, just bunches up .”

“I have bought 3 nature indoor/outdoor rugs for my indoor space and I really love them! They have a beautiful natural feel without the bulkiness of other sisal rugs I have bought in the past. This makes them very easy to clean. In fact, they do not show the dirt at all and they are very hard wearing, so I would strongly recommend them for high traffic areas where you want to create a natural, bohemian or rustic vibe. I had a bit of a problem with the third rug I bought but The Rugs was swift to get the problem sorted. In short, this is a lovely rug and the customer service has been excellent, so I am another satisfied customer.”

“Good quality for the price and exactly what I needed for my kitchen/diner. Previously had a a shaggier style rug which was very difficult to wash, so this one is going to be much easier! Only slight negative is that the colours are pinkier than red, but overall I am thrilled with the rug. Super quick delivery too and it arrived very well packaged.”

“Rug arrived within a couple of days of ordering. On unpacking found dark marks and quality inferior to what I expected. The black marks were easy to remove with damp cloth. The only reason I didn’t return item is that its use is for a dog area and easy to keep clean. I was just a bit disappointed with the quality but as it was reasonably priced I’m happy to keep it for the summer months before I replace it.”
