“The rug was very see through looked more cream than white. When I asked to return they offered me a discount to keep the rug to save hassle of returning. I returned the rug so waiting on my refund.”

“The rug was too thin and the colour was washed out. But, I guess the washed-out look was due to the type of carpet I got. However, upon mentioning this to the company, I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response I received based on my feedback which is rare for a company. This is much appreciated.”
