“The rug itself is great - exactly as described. Unfortunately let down by an ENORMOUS amount of unnecessary single-use plastic packaging and tape. This is particularly bad given the rug was supposed to be an eco-friendly option, being made of recycled materials. This alone has put us off buying anything else from this company.”
