I'm amazed at how beautifully flat it lays, and how soft it feels underfoot. it's had a few spills from grandchildren which were quickly removed with a mild stain remover. Hi Shillah, Thank you for your review. First of all, we would appreciate it if you accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the courier company. We are aware of the problems with courier companies, however, we experience the same issues with every company. Unfortunately, these courier companies in the UK are not operating with up-to-date systems and they constantly change their drivers. All of them refuse to get signatures by using COVID as an excuse, still. They do not use any other confirmation either which is not okay and not up-to-date. However, these problems are mostly caused by specific drivers. Every delivery depends on the drivers working in that local area. We try everything we can to solve these issues as fast as possible. “AMAZING had it a few weeks in a high traffic area washed it once it went in to the machine easily and came up lovely! The price is great there are more expensive options out there but why pay £250+ plus for a similar item which is less attached? So glad I found this site I want to order more looking at the outdoor ones next but please get some more colour options in for the washable ones!!”
