“I ordered a washable rug for my hallway and delivery was very fast. Unfortunately they’d sent the wrong size however responded to my email quickly and resolved the issue. They arranged to pick up the rug and deliver the correct size. Would highly recommend. My rug is perfect for the space and would definitely buy again.”
