“The delivery of this item was poor, driver was very rude and had the rug in the floor in a rainy day. The rug was far too thin for us, it had an awful smell (chemical) when it was unwrapped. Positives are the size and colour and look of the rug is great, hence choosing to keep it instead of going through the drama of returning. Upon submitting this review, the customer care provided by The Rugs has amazing. They apologised for any inconvenience and provided a partial refund to the rug purchased. If only all retailers provided this level of customer service to their customers 🙃 Thanks again, will definitely buy again.”
