Had a little issue with billing address however The Rugs sorted it as soon as possible and the courier was lovely enough to call me when I wasn’t home and ensured the rug was somewhere safe for me to collect. Will definitely be purchasing again for the rest of the house!”

“I wouldn't know as the delivery company dx failed to deliver my rug, i wish I had it as I was looking forward to recieving it. They said they had delivered it but I suggest they left it outside instead of with a neighbour. I requested it to be delivered on a set day but they apparently delivered a day earlier saying I recieved it when in fact I hadn't as noone was home and still waiting on an outcome. The rugs company have been OK prior to sending out my delivery but a bit slow on responding when I have said I haven't recieved the item.”
