“Great quality rug, this is my second order with this company and they are super fast at delivery, only problem is I ordered charcoal and it is blue but don’t want to mess around with returns.”

“Sadly my rug never arrived. Although this is the fault of the delivery company not The Rug. DX we’re supposed to deliver my rug, but after arranging delivery dates 3 times, they NEVER turned up, or called, or apologised! I have no idea where my rug is, but will be requesting a refund, as sadly the delivery company don’t actually deliver!!!!”

“I still have not received my rugs So cant give a review dx delivery keep saying they have attempted to deliver and they have not i have a ring doorbell to prove it, so at the moment poor service Maybe you need another delivery service as drivers are being dishonest about attempting to deliver when they most definitely have not.”
