Rug arrived after multiple cancelled delivery dates by the delivery firm. Rug also arrived marked. I did tell customer services but the response was thanks for letting us know. Not great all in all.

EDIT: After 3 weeks, failed attempts to deliver, several emails back and forth and a carpet lost in transit and then re-ordered, I have finally received my carpet and it is indeed beautiful. I have to say The Rugs customer service was very responsive to my emails and did sort the issue in the end. I have given 3 stars as their courier service is very unreliable but it is not a reflection on the quality of the carpet which is 5 stars. Patience is required when ordering and I am happy to have received the carpet in the end :). It is a shame that this company doesn't sort out their dispatch and courier problems. I have now been waiting 12 days for my rug and despite receiving emails that it is on its way, it seems to have been lost. I have now asked for a replacement to be sent but nothing has been confirmed yet. I am sure the rug will be lovely if I ever get it!! Hoping to get a replacement as I am sure a refund is going to be a challenge from this company :(

Really pleased with the colour. Just what I was looking for. I was looking for a large bathmat, and this looks just right, and is washable. The only problem was with delivery. It basically went missing. Wasn’t easy to contact anyone, but finally a chat box acted on the issue. Then it was delivered efficiently a couple of days later.

Rugs are not bad, colours are bit dull but design is quite clear, though I have not used it yet. I ordered both the sizes, a rectangle shape and circle but both have delivered as rectangles shape.

I haven’t received my delivery yet!!! Rebooked delivery but each time get a text that they are unable to deliver. Have sent two email to The Rugs and no response!

Ordered a rug, said it would be next day delivery. Waited a week- knew things could be late in the run up to Christmas. Contacted the company who then inform me that the rug is not going to be delivered and a refund issued. Apparently the rug isn't in stock now. Check online, says it's still in stock. Inquire why I can't have the rug that is in stock. The reply is that what is online is not a true reflection of the stock and they have sold out. Absolute joke, will not be ordering from here again and definitely not recommending to anyone.
