“Great customer sevice. Order was delayed by courier however Dawn was very reassuring regarding the order still being ok. It was well packaged and still chilled. As always great burgers and sausages.”

“I’d never bought meat online before so I thought it was a bit of a gamble. I ordered a pork butt and some beef short ribs. The order arrived on time and the packaging had kept the meat perfectly cool. The quality of the meat looked really good and the resulting meals from the kamado barbecue were wonderful. I don’t get many opportunities to cater for several people but I’ll be using Swaledale Butchers when the next opportunity arises.”

“I have absolutely no complaint about the product which is up to its ususl standard. My complaint is with the couriers. I was at home all day no one rang the doorbell. My husband found the package damaged with the contents exposed outside the house against the wall and not in a place we would looked. It was not in the back porch as stated on the delivery confirmation. It was several hours after the delivery time that the package was found.”
