“Excellent meat. I just wish the minimum order value were a little less and then I would buy more frequently. I don't buy meet of Swaledale Butchers' quality in order to freeze it!”

“We bought two shoulders of lamb to have at our family gathering at Easter. They were delicious and so tender. Everyone enjoy the meal and the lamb curry with the leftovers the next day. Delivery was swift and the online help was replied to even though I emailed in the evening. Will certainly be buying more meat from Swaledale.”

“Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations - which were high after our last order! The Wild garlic and pork sausages were outrageous and we look forward to them next year. The Bavette and rib eye steaks were outstanding. The delivery arrangements were excellent. Highly recommended all round!”

“What a breeze to use their website. Smooth and straightforward. Picking the date when you want it to be delivered, big bonus! Also, I give 5* for packaging. Noted afterwards some really interesting recipes available on their website for cut of meats they sell. Very extraordinary if you wish to impress your guests:) Thank you, Swaledale Butchers. “Excellent every time. I am now putting in regular orders and would struggle to go back to supermarket meat. There is undoubtedly an extra cost, but I am getting into the habit of making the meat go a bit further and it is worth it for the flavour, and to know the animal has had a much better life.”
