“When it comes to the preparation and cooking of the salt beef instead of waxing lyrical about Val Warner try informing the customer of cooking times, it does help to know how long to cook things for and how to prepare them. The salt beef should have been soaked in water before cooking, as I found out afterwards.”

“I have now ordered my third batch of Flat Iron Steaks that never disappoint. They are delicious and cook to perfection. Love buying steaks from this company. Delivery can be arranged easily and all products arrive as fresh as they’ve been packed due to the excellent packing system designed to keep everything cool.
