“The delivery was quick, very well packaged and the ice pockets that came with them kept the meat fresh even during the hot weather. Just as importantly the meat was of excellent quality and worth every penny. I will certainly be buying again.”

“Swaledale meat is second to none in my opinion. The flavour and texture is fantastic, far surpassed that of others and well worth the money. The range of different cuts and animals is also good, I doubt anyone will have a hard time finding something that'll become a regular favourite Ordering and delivery is so straightforward, it's practicallly foolproof. I have regularly ordered midweek for a Friday delivery, ready to bbq at the weekend.”

“I love the meat from Swaledale. We are cutting back on meat so have decided to buy o better quality meat whenever possible so have chosen to use Swaledale Butchers as we are always pleased with the products we buy from them.”

“Very efficient, Delivery Service. Well packaged and arrived, chilled despite the hot weather. However, I made the mistake of buying five packs of Merguez sausages following the rave reviews. Unfortunately they are fatty and taste like ultra processed sausages. Nothing like the ones I buy in Sussex, but unfortunately my usual supplier has got temporary staffing problems. Very disappointing. I've now got five packs of sausages I don't know what to do with!”

“It is so very easy to buy from Swaledale Butchers. The choice is extensive and the fact that the whole animal is available makes it particularly cost effective and exploratively exciting!! I find you have to be quick for some of the game and can't wait to bag a rabbit... some time soon! Food is packaged very well and delivered promptly by a reliable company, keeping me informed throughout. The food is high quality and much admired by anyone sharing with me - I love it and can't possibly buy my meat from anywhere else. Knowing that I can source from a company (and its farmers) interested in animal welfare and quality of life means I can keep my veggie/vegan friends at arms length in that debate... Thank you so much!”
