“The meat from Swaledale is always so good & the taste surpasses anything I've tasted elsewhere. I highly recommend all the produce sold here. All the meat is sourced from farms that care about animal welfare & are not from intensely reared animals.”

“Purchased pork, bacon & sausage for my first transaction. Good quality products, loin of park joints had a good layer of fat and the Tuscan style sausages were good in meat to fat ratio, but lacked a slightly more fennel in the mix for my taste. Only one problem really, and that was the pork rind is very tough and so the crackling was a bit of a tooth breaker. However this would not deter me from future purchases of this product. I am an ex Master Butcher.”
