“Great service and good quality food. However the packaging on my liver was not sealed properly and it had split open the blood & liver coating all my other packages of meat. The liver I had to throw away and all the packages I had to wash to get them clean and blood free Ok accidents happen. My problem is I sent them an email describing what had happened 5 days ago and they have not bothered to respond to me so for that I am not impressed”

“I ordered Porchetta Whole jowls Pork belly Venison burgers Wild mallard 2 of the jowls upon opening were a bit smelly I’ve brined and slow cooked them so see how they turn out The Porchetta we had on Xmas day was really nice, I brined it overnight and sous vide at 78c for 14 hours I felt the stuffing was a bit bland though And struggled to get good crackling for some reason the pork belly was really tasty The venison burgers cooked up really good And actually had some nice fat running through them I roasted the mallard whole but it wasn’t that great, quite dry The ribeye was excellent, Perfect balance of aged and juiciness Overall really good”

“Could be considered somewhat expensive but I've found it to be top-quality with a great service and no wastage at all. Usually having to buy in supermarkets, I have pretty well given up on buying 'fresh' meat on account of limited choice and often poor quality. Much better to buy on here and freeze until needed.”

“Ordered porchetta for Christmas. The parcel arrived in good time and was magnificently wrapped in a very sturdy box with really good cool bags. The meat was delicious, a great Christmas highlight.”
