“Meat quality is normally excellent this brisket though had a hole in the middle of it when it arrived and a large flap of meat that had been cut into it where it had not been butchered properly”

“My meat was delivered on the expected day and was well packaged. It all looked great and I froze all except one of the packages. I made a slow-cooked stew with the oxtail and I can honestly say it was the tastiest stew I have ever eaten. The gravy was delicious and the meat was beautifully tender and fell away from the bones. I will definitely be buying more.”

“Great tasting meat but some niggles need to be sorted. The rolled joints came apart during cooking which I have never come across before, the string was not broken but just seemed very slack.”
