This could be an expensive item of jewellery, a property that is thatched or a home that is undergoing renovation works.

Stanhope provides customers with highly personalised insurance products that their specific and specialist circumstances require. We will insure valuable items of jewellery whilst you are living away from home because your house, which has subsidence (which we are also insuring), is undergoing renovation works!

We are dedicated to providing exceptional levels of customer service and want all our customers to know that they have the right insurance policy in place at the right price, for their specific set of circumstances.

I had a new watch for my 60th birthday needed to get it insured Stanhope gave me a perfect quote after being quoted very high off other companies definitely recommend to family and friends

They are quick to take your money, very slow in delivering paper documents, very poor customer service.

I've just checked with the team and we messed up. No excuses. We promised to send you documents by post on 26th November, we encountered a technical issue and the person owning the task went on vacation and the task was not delegated. In short, I apologise. Our Jewellery Manager, Holly, will call to personally apologise and remove our fee charged as a gesture of good will. The removal of our fee will remain as long as you're a Stanhope customer.
