“Different color than I wanted”

“Fantastic customer service, communication was excellent, provided me with option of waiting for new stock to come in or choose another runner. Runner arrrived promptly and well wrapped, haven't placed in garden yet as too wet to get out there lol. Would buy from this company again. Thank you for your advice and help.”

“website was informative, delivery was quick. However, the color was definitely not what was described as "gray"; it is blue. My installer had already completed the installation when i saw the color, as i had not unrolled it prior to giving it to him. I now need to purchase 3 other rugs to complete the project as the black rugs i have clash with the blue color.”

“My experience with runrug was very positive. Unfortunately I ordered a runner which wasn't the one I wanted. The colour and pattern frequency were slightly different than I imagined. Runrug however, accepted this and I returned it without any quibble...so far. I am looking at ordering one which I think will be the one I should have ordered. Just waiting for the refund and will get to ordering the other.”
