“Excellent service and product. Delivery was speedy. The runner was exactly how it was described and looked on the website. I’m pleased it’s stain resistant and reversible. I fitted it myself, despite being an almost 60 yr old lady, using with the guidance given and am thrilled with the results. Hoping with fingers crossed that I win the transformation competition”

“Very pleased with my new runner, excellent quality, very reasonable price and quick free delivery. I ordered late Monday afternoon and it arrived before 12pm wednesday. Also good customer service, I initially ordered two by mistake, phoned customer service and it was dealt with in a efficient, friendly manner. Would recommend this company.”

“Ordered 4 rugs. 2 smaller ones and then I put in another order for 2 more, one being a very long rug for a hallway. Very impressed with the service and quality of the rugs. Rugs look as photographed. The long rug needed to be made to order. Received the other rugs quickly to my address in Australia.”

“Web site did not make it clear that it was a US company, Was ok initialy because the rugs were good quality. Then Runrug passed there shipping cost to me and I received another bill from Fed EX regarding shipping. which made the carpet runners not worth the purchaise price. The company should make this clear on their web page.”
