“I have just got samples at the moment as my room isn't going to be ready for a few .months yet before I buy a rug but I like the fact you can make a rug to ant size you want ,that's a great service in my opinion 😉”

“I wanted a runner for my hall and after looking at websites known to me and finding nothing I landed on the website of RUNRUG and I am so glad I did. The choice is really great - plain or patterned in many colours and designs and also many sizes to choose from. I chose a hall runner and also a rug for my kitchen. The design I chose is pictured. I also bought underlay to stop slipping of the correct size and it works perfectly. Delivery is very prompt. I received my order in 3 days. I had a question which I emailed to RunRug and I received a response later that day and I was very satisfied with their response. So I would say before going round in circles looking at carpet companies head to RUNRUG and like me I feel sure you will find satisfaction. Sue Seymour”

“I recently ordered a custom rug from Runrug. There was an initial mistake in the order i.e. the rug was cut to the wrong size. The true mark of an excellent company is how they react when things go wrong. In this case Runrug reacted fast. A new rug was made straight away. I received it within two days and the faulty rug collected at the same time. I am delighted with the rug. In fact, I ordered another custom straight away.”
