“Rug and stair rug is pocket although was a mix up with delivery which was rectified straight away. However was told stair rods would be delivered and after numerous emails and calls I was told they never got ordered which was a disappointment as I had been chasing for nearly a week!”

“Very lightweight and thin rug, also pattern didn't run evenly at one end...not cut square. Found that I couldn't vacuum it, even though I had rung to enquire about this. Free return label was sent without quibble, but had to send via an Asda store; they struggled but eventually managed to process what turned out to be a very unstraightforward return. This took about 15 minutes!”

“Only bought a sample for color and quality. The quality was fine but the color did not match other rugs in close proimity. Buying a sample is avery good idea...We will buy another sample of the same style in the near future after we do a few more color matches.”

“Ordered in May. Didn't receive my order until end of October. They offered a 5% refund but they never followed up it was done. Not going to order from here again.”

“I ordered a runner which was well priced and was delivered very quickly. The quality was really good but the colour did not match my carpet, so l requested a return which was really easy to do. Would definitely recommend”

“Dear Runrug team thank you very much for a wonderful and a very fast service , my runner arrived just in a couple of days cut exactly to the size I ordered and with the edges finished perfectly . The runner is way more beautiful in real life than it is on the photo. Brilliant quality . Very good thickness in it and absolute delight to feel it under the feet .”

“Very easy to use internet site with a huge selection of runners to choose from. Communication very good after purchase and the runners were delivered very quickly. The quality of the runners is excellent, a real quality product and they certainly make our halls look a lot more elegant.
