“Runrig are a very good company who are competitively priced. My very long kitchen runner is excellent however I ordered two smaller runners for my mum’s hallway and although the pattern is nice they are rather flimsy compared to local large stores. This is the reason I dropped 1 star.”

These are from an entirely different range to your kitchen runner and are designed to be reversible, which means they do not have a backing. This is simply the style and construction of that particular range rather than a quality issue. We do include the thickness and product details within the Product Specification section on each listing, although we completely understand that this can sometimes be missed when ordering. “Gorgeous rug looks lovely in my hallway excellent quality feels soft walking on the rug. Excellent service called an asked when it would be delivered as needed for certain time and the man I spoke to was so helpful (sorry don't know the name) he got delivery sorted when I needed it.
